Our unique 5 Steps to Success program is designed to welcome and familiarize new members with our club and to provide a starting point for short and long terms goals. The best thing is that all this is part of your membership and with no extra cost!

5 steps to success

If you are looking to boost your training or you need a push to lose those extra kilos, Boot Camp is the answer! Boot Camp is a group based training program focused on achieving results, whether you want to lose weight or increase your overall fitness.

 

  • Fitness assessments
  • Sandbags, Nets and Tabata circuit
  • Tyres, Ropes and Sprints
  • Off-site session – Sand Hills or Beach
  • Mini-Triathlon – Cycle, Run and Swim
